Returns Eligibility

  • The return process must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product should be in an unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and a return authorization number.

Please note

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • If your order includes multiple items, only a part of the order can be returned.
  • If the purchase was made under a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme, special rules might apply for returns.
  • You can choose to send in the product to the address provided by our customer care representative or we will arrange for a pickup from the delivery address.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same mode used for making the payment.

Please note

  • Cash on delivery, postage, and shipping charges are not refundable
  • Refund or replacement for merchandise is subject to inspection by the INCOM team
  • Email us the scanned copy of the receipt of your courier charges within 10 days of the return. In case you do not send it, you will receive a credit of ₹ 100 against the courier charges.
  • Maximum refund given is ₹ 160 per kg.
  • Courier charges are always refunded as Bombay Dyeing Credits, which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

Once your return request is placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 3 working days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate the refund, subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once we receive the product, it undergoes an inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
